Emergency I-5 Culvert Repair Complete in Bellingham
Washington State Department of Transportation completed emergency culvert work on Interstate 5 at 2 p.m. Friday, December 17th and reopened both lanes to traffic. Crews worked nearly around the clock for 9 nine days, including weekends, to prevent erosion underneath I-5 and to install the new Barnes Creek Culvert.
